🏕️ CAMPING

Q: Are there bathrooms and showers?
A: Yes — full bathroom and shower facilities are available on-site.

🛖 POP-UP SWAG (OFF THE GROUND)

Q: What’s included with the pop-up swag option?
A: A fully set-up pop-up swag, positioned off the ground.

Just bring:

• Your sleeping bag

• A camping pillow (or something comfortable to sleep on)

Simple, comfortable, and weather-ready.

🧭 THE ADVENTURE ROUTES

Q: How do I get the Adventure Routes?
A: Once you place your order, the GPX adventure routes are sent to you 2 weeks before the event.

🏨 STAYING IN DORRIGO

Q: How far is Dorrigo township from the venue?
A: Around 2 minutes from the ADV FEST venue.

🚐 SHUTTLE BUS

Q: How often does the shuttle run to town and Dangar Falls?
A:

• Friday: Every 30 minutes from 3:00pm – 9:00pm

• Saturday: Every 30 minutes from 3:00pm – 10:00pm

🍴 CATERING

Q: What catering is available at ADV FEST?
A:

• On-site coffee van

• Spit roast dinners on Friday & Saturday night

• Meal confirmation email sent 2 weeks prior to the event

• Local caterers can also deliver to the venue (pizza, pasta and more)
